- In my case, Spotify Family and Hulu are both 2 users. I pay $15/mo for Spotify, she pays $12/mo for Hulu (ad-free). Together we're paying $27/mo. If I switched to a non-family Spotify account, we'd be paying a total of $20/mo for the same services. Plus maybe $2/mo on one of the accounts for ad-free. So we'd save $5/mo.
- Knowing that customer feedback is important to Spotify I feel compelled to share the following comment related to Hulu being free for Premium subscribers but not Family subscribers. If I'm not mistaken, there's no difference between Premium and Family beyond the obvious price difference ($9.99/month and $14.99/month) and the ability for.
Note: It's no longer possible to sign up to the Premium and Hulu $9.99/month deal. If you cancel or upgrade to a different plan (e.g. Duo or Family), you'll lose access to Hulu. Students can still get access to Hulu's ad-supported plan and SHOWTIME (see below).
