Cancel your Premium plan any time with these steps.
There are two separate offers for Spotify premium. One in which it’s one of the “premiums” that you pick through the watch tv website. The other is a 6 month free trial through AT&T Thanks for anyone who is a gold or platinum Thanks customer. Nowhere in AT&T Thanks does it show the offer. Then, you have to downgrade to Spotify Free. Follow these steps: Sign in to your Spotify account. Select Subscription and follow the prompts to cancel your account. Make sure your subscription status says Spotify Free. Go to your WatchTV account management page. Select Spotify Premium as your Unlimited &More Premium entertainment option.
- Log in to your account page.
- Under Your plan, click CHANGE PLAN.
- Scroll to Spotify Free and click CANCEL PREMIUM.
- Continue through to the confirmation message.

If your account page shows a date when your plan will change to Spotify Free, you’ve successfully cancelled and won’t be charged again. If it doesn’t show this, try the cancel steps again making sure you reach the confirmation message.
